1. Scope of Services
RedClaw provides performance marketing consulting services including Meta/Google ad management, conversion tracking setup, landing page optimization, and iGaming compliance kits. Specific deliverables are governed by the signed contract between parties.
2. Payment Terms
Compliance kits are one-time payments processed via NewebPay (TWD) or cryptocurrency (USDT/SOL via Helio). Consulting services are billed per the agreed payment schedule. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Intellectual Property
HTML/CSS templates and GTM configurations in compliance kits become the buyer's property upon payment completion. RedClaw retains intellectual property rights over marketing strategy frameworks, blog content, and website design. Unauthorized reproduction or resale of kit contents is prohibited.
4. Disclaimer
RedClaw's marketing services do not guarantee specific ad performance or return on investment. External factors such as ad platform policy changes and market fluctuations are beyond our control. Blog content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or financial advice.
