We do not sell a traffic guarantee. A guarantee pays you after the ranking is gone, which does not bring the ranking back — and most drops come from algorithm updates, which no refund fixes. We would rather spend the same money keeping it from dropping. That is why the buyout price already includes six months of care.

Questions people actually ask
Why does a site with traffic cost more than a new one?
You are buying months. A new site needs roughly three to four months to reach steady organic traffic, and you convert nothing during that time. A grown site removes that window. The premium prices the months, not the traffic — what the traffic is worth, you can calculate better than we can.
How do I verify the traffic is real?
Once a deposit clears we grant read-only Google Search Console access. You log in and read the raw data yourself — not a screenshot, not a report we assembled. If it does not hold up, the deposit comes back.
What actually separates a buyout from a lease?
Ownership. A buyout transfers the domain, content and source code to you and what happens next is yours to decide. A lease keeps the site with us under your brand while we keep operating it, and you pay monthly. Buy if you plan to hold or resell; lease if you only want the traffic.
With no guarantee, what happens if the site slips?
Care is what handles that. We look at the numbers weekly and fix things weekly, and diagnosis and recovery after a Google update is part of it. A guarantee pays out after a ranking is already gone, which helps nobody.
Will the content overlap with a site you sold to someone else?
No. Content from a sold site never appears on the next one — topics, sources and voice are separate per site. This one is not negotiable: a buyer needs to run one comparison to catch it, and we could not survive that.
How does the handover work?
On final payment we transfer the domain plus Search Console, GA4, Tag Manager and Cloudflare Pages access, along with the source code and content files. Both sides keep a 28-day Search Console snapshot taken at handover.
Can I specify the topic?
Yes — that is the custom route. You name the market and the topic, we deliver in three days, at the same price as the entry tier on the board.
How is payment handled?
Buyouts are one third up front and the balance after you have inspected the site. Leases are monthly. Placements go live three business days after funds clear. USDT (TRC20) only; the address is provided when a deal closes. Off-site link building is quoted separately.
